Discover Hexagone’s values
A multi-stakeholder, collaborative process : during the first half of 2021, we put some time aside to reflect on our values and on our corporate vision. Our employees, who were split into three working groups, were actively consulted, and took part in the meetings.
Implications inside and outside the company : the values that guide us lie at the heart of our day-to-day concerns. They reflect how we conduct our daily business and influence our relationships with clients, asset managers, and service providers. When the workshops were pooled together, the values that had been put forward by the three groups were almost identical. This was a strong testimony to our alignment, as a team, with the company’s philosophy and the way we conduct our day-to-day work at Hexagone.
Ethics charter : once the consultation process was closed, we drew up an Ethics Charter. This was signed by all employees and is now proudly displayed in our offices !
