Discover Hexagone’s values

A multi-stakeholder, collaborative process : during the first half of 2021, we put some time aside to reflect on our values and on our corporate vision. Our employees, who were split into three working groups, were actively consulted, and took part in the meetings.

Implications inside and outside the company : the values that guide us lie at the heart of our day-to-day concerns. They reflect how we conduct our daily business and influence our relationships with clients, asset managers, and service providers. When the workshops were pooled together, the values that had been put forward by the three groups were almost identical. This was a strong testimony to our alignment, as a team, with the company’s philosophy and the way we conduct our day-to-day work at Hexagone.

Ethics charter : once the consultation process was closed, we drew up an Ethics Charter. This was signed by all employees and is now proudly displayed in our offices !

Teamwork is a strength that we nurture every day. A success is always shared. Each of the group’s entities teams up with its clients to ensure we provide the best support and can anticipate their needs.

Client proximity

Listening to our clients’ needs is not an end in itself. It is the starting point of our process.
Our clients are assigned two advisors to ensure their needs are addressed on a permanent basis.

Commitment and conviction

We are independent and cover the full asset class spectrum, working with a wide range of fund managers. This freedom of thought and judgement means our recommendations can be driven by strong convictions, to better serve our clients’ needs.

Investing responsibly

Responsibility is about being accountable to others for one’s own actions, and accountable to clients and the environment for the team’s actions. It also involves behaving ethically. We help our clients as they deploy their ESG approach, and we develop tools that enable them to act as responsible investors. We go beyond applying the best industry practices: each one of our employees is responsible and fully supports the group’s CSR approach.

Asserting our ambition

We are not afraid of the word: our ambition is to be a key player in the financial industry, supporting and informing French investors, while also bolstering their portfolio management knowledge and skills. We build on this ambition as a team, with our staff and our partners.
